  Horrible experience. Twice in less than two weeks they've screwed up my appointment for my dog to get a check up, without giving any explanation the first time. The second time even though I called in advance the day before and was told I was good to go for my appointment, I arrive there the day of to be told I had no appointment. Two days I've had to take off work for these appointments. Total lack of communication within that office. Will never be going back.

  What a place,when everyone else was telling me 3-4 weeks,these guys got it done the next day...and,check up,flea problem,pain med cone,and the best of treatment=New Vet 4 Chico.THANKS to the friendly staff,there will be no little "Chicos" running the roads..
