  Overall great, like a clinic but all the bells and whistles... A little surprised there's only one ER doctor at a time.. wait times do vary quite a bit

  Wait times are insanely long even when it's not busy, staff are very bitchy. Go anywhere else, even if your dieing!

  I have spent more than my share of time in a hospital and I was treated very well here. The nurses and doctors really listened to what I was saying and did more than I would have expected to help me.

  One major thing for me was some nurses are sexist and will express it to your face, I just think a hospital is not the place to bring that behaviour, some people come in with suicidal depression having come from terrible homes and abusive relationships and those comments can be quite triggering, which isn't good when you're on the brink. Decent wait times, depending when you come, good care, mostly helpful nurses but there's a few that are worn down.

  Ridiculous wait time. Currently in the waiting room. I have registered and have not been triaged yet and have been here for an hour. Needless to say, I won't be coming back and would advise anyone to go to kemptville or brockville instead- you will receive much better service.
